As in past years, a few dedicated allotmenteers from Hartley lane staged a display at our towns horticultural show. Their efforts in growing and displaying the show veg resulted in the magnificent display, shown below.
After all the hard work, the prize was well deserved
Hartley lane allotment gardeners also entered some excellent veg in the individual classes at the show, taking many of the prizes.
